You used to be able to download Precision directly from MajorGeeks, but now they just link to EVGA's page, and you have to register with EVGA (and purchase your card from them???) just to download it.

Edit: I discovered after poking around that you can still download "Precision Legacy" version from eVGA's page, without registering. I prefer the older version anyways. Thanks for posting the Precision X though, I downloaded that too.

Yeah you have to own a EVGA card, I'd upload it for you but I'm sure that would break a rule or two.

That said, just get MSI Afterburner, there is nothing special about Precision X. They both use the latest version of RivaTuner OSD, and the overclocking/voltage control is pretty much the same, except with Precision X voltage is in a popup which is less intuitive than MSI Afterburner IMO.

Like Balla said, they're the same basically, just different looking interface. Settings menu is the same. If you're used to Afterburner, it will be simpler to use.

I believe that Guru3D might still have the link up in their 680 review, though.

yeah I dont know why they make you register just to get that. I have an account there because of my old 8600gt so I downloaded precisionx for my Galaxy gtx570.
