The card that was generated by PayPal Plug-In is not accepted by Full Tilt.

warming up the car? I don't know which car you drive, but I remember driving in a ski vacation in France were temps were sub-zero, I don't recall ever needing to "warm up" the car..

No, The VirtualGift and the Standard Gift Card cannot be used for online gambling, the transaction will be declined.

Looking further into the Walgreen's options it seems that is now hit or miss also, why is it so damn difficult to deposit money for poker?

Because vegas and gambling lobby was losing money to poker sites. They decided to ban transfer of money to offshore gambling sites.

The credit card thing was always there as its a restriction put on by Visa and Mastercard since ages.
