place holders for ads.

another large forum i visit regularly has put place holders for ads so that people with abp have to see the boxes that explain that the ads pay for the forum. it's really pissed off people who use abp, which amuses me. can i suggest the same thing here?
 
No ads, no left pane. We'd lose this?

when i have abp active i still have a left pane? are you using something else? i'm not exactly sure what your point is.

edit: took a few screenshots, editing and uploading them now.
