Well, all I have to say is that this board is great!!! Basic and simple board. No problems setting it up. The only thing I do not like is that it is missing raid. SATA raid to be specific. I am typing this at 190 fsb with a 10% vcore increase and wow! THis is nice! I will post a screen as soon as I can. No, I have not Primed or Folded or 3d marked yet. But I have been here for a while. I will stress tomorrow.

Now that is a sweet OC! :) The BH7 is a great OC'ing board... What is the Rev. # on it and temps with the MCX4000?

EDIT: I read on the ABIT forums that the BH7 temp issue should be addressed in the next BIOS update.

Ok, vcore flux is not near as bad as with the Asus...

Asus P4G8X went from 1.6 down to 1.44
Abit BH7 goes from 1.63 down to 1.58 at worst

So, does that mean anything?? Can't tell ya...

Ok BH7 owners, let me hear your stories...
I am trying to run some 3D benches, but the temps are so far out of wack that the alarms start going off and I can't finish a single one... what have you all done?

Pardon me for the "Brain Freeze" moment...

If I turn off that monitoring, can I use MB Monitor, or does it depend on that bios monitoring to function properly?

I use MBM5 instead of WinDoctor. Runs fine.

Also, Intel spec says the upper limit of the P4 is 70C. It's interesting that in the BH7 Bios 1.13 the alarm is set to 75C. I think Abit purposely adjusted a few things, such as higher than actual temps and tight DDR timings in the 3:4 settings, for increased stability.

I do not use MBM, so I can't say... I have everything disabled in the BIOS except for the CPU warning temp set @ 70C. EDIT: I just checked... My CPU warning temp is set @ 75C, not 70C....

Hmmm all these stories about this board....I was thinking of upgrading my board when the 865 chipset came out, but then I am wondering if i realy need the features that are included in that chipset.
