Pizzas I've made

Ever since getting a pizza peel and a baking stone and mastering traditional pizza, I've moved on to some experimental combinations. Just seeing if anybody else has any interesting combinations. So far I've made:

Nacho Pizza:
Cook the pizza dough mostly done, then layer on cheese saturated nacho chips (you know...like those really yummy ones at the bottom of the nacho platter) and bake the rest of the way.

Caramel Apple Pizza:
Replace tomato sauce with caramel and cover with peeled and thinly sliced apples.

Hummus And Zucchini:
Replace tomato sauce with hummus and cover with butter braised zucchini.
