Pizza Hut's Hot Dog Stuffed Crust Pies To Hit Canada Stores

Brace yourselves, because Pizza Hut's hot dog stuffed crust pizza -- which previously had been safely confined to the U.K. -- has crossed the Atlantic. It arrives in Canada stores on October 15.

The pies, which feature crusts stuffed with Angus beef hot dogs, each come with Heinz Ketchup Dip and Heinz Honey Mustard Dip. Yep, ketchup and honey mustard to go with your pizza.

Pizza Hut Canada's web site hasn't yet announced the offering, but is teasing that "Two Worlds Will Collide" alongside a countdown and an image featuring a pizza cutter and a pair of tongs.

Without a doubt it will soon come the US.

"Would like an order of Lipitor with that?"

Hey, do you think it would be weird if they decided they didn't want that piece and put it back, and when they put it back the ends of the hot dogs touched?

I am really surprised this didn't start in the US first. Apparently other countries are trying to take away our 'Fattest Country' crown

Pretty much, this has US written all over it. I too am surprised we weren't the first to have this culinary abortion.

I couldn't eat it nutritionally, but if I could eat one I honestly think I'd enjoy it as long as there was meat on the pizza itself too.
