Sorry to hear about diarrhea. A little OT, but if you have problems about 4 hours after eating/drinking dairy, then you may be lactose intolerant, and the cheese may be doing a number on your tummy. No joke. Pick up some off-brand lactase at Wal-Mart (A HOT DEAL, Lactaid brand is way to expensive) and give it a try. I guarantee it will make you flatulance free and firm. Also, caffeine seems to make things worse. Asians and blacks tend to be more lactose intolerant than Caucasians, though I'm about as pasty as they come and I got it.
Those scoundrels sneak lactose into lots of stuff, like Nestle Crunch and taco mix.
There is a great hue and cry for tolerance these days, and I believe that the lactose intolerant are too abused

. For a minor disorder, it got a lot of trendy exposure a few years ago, in movies like The Ref, The Santa Clause (both had lactose intolerant Santas), and French Kiss.
