Pixies !?

I've a '17 Pixie X-770E (Oh yeah, quality). The display mode is set on "User Mode 5"
The specs under this mode are: HF: 48.3 Khz
VF: 59.9 Hz

The manual is sparse, but it seems to hint that these settings can be changed. Do it with the controls on monitor, or in OS? Assume I am an idiot.
I 'd really just soon have a refresh rate that didn't...hurt.

Good God...my eyes...they burn. Hurry.

It'd be in OS. Right click on your desktop, select Properties. Go to Settings, click Advanced. Click Adapter. There's an entry for Refresh Rate. Change that to whatever your monitor can handle.

max 85hz at 1024x768
moniter is very touchy have you experienced any problems with it.
I have ati radeon 32 meg ddr. Sometimes weird things happen

Uh, I 've it at this rez for only about a day now, played a few games, seems stable.

Funny though, when I changed the rez, the screen went black (expected) and when it came back on, I got the Windows message saying that Windows had restored the rez back to 60Hz. I did it again, and the second time the rez held at 85. Go figger.
