Pixels to Print Size: Address Labels

I have addresses in a database and I want to make printing labels. basically ill have a 8.5 x 11" sticker to print on and i will want to print out address labels so theyre all the same size. some of the addresses are international addresses so formatting is still in question right now but i figure 5 lines should be enough for each address. i figure i need to have tables to set the width, but im not sure how many pixels to make the cells should be to get correct print size. also, font size is another issue. i was thinking 10-point font.

what is the pixel to print size ratio? so many pixels per inch?
