All was good, except for the occasional pixelated screen flicker in League. Today, I started up Assasin's creed after not playing for a while and I started getting these pixelated lines and flickers, and suddenly, a completely filled screen, with my pc frozen. Couldn't do anything so I had to restart.
Did the same thing, tried lowering the graphics to maybe see if it was the game, but same thing happened. Now, whenever I boot up my PC i get this: http://imgur.com/Qxw9MTS

Ok, so after posting this on tomshardware (and getting few replies), I went into safe mode to try to see any hints on what this could be. So it booted up fine, no horizontal pixel lines, and I was able to safely run Malwarebytes. No luck there however. So I restarted once again, logged on. Here's where it gets a little strange. Between the login screen and the desktop there's a to-black transition. Well, that transition made all the lines disappear, and then they reappeared on the desktop. I could briefly view it however, and it had my background with some displaced parts, looking pixelated, and some black squares here and there. Then it becomes the second image again.
So all thos leads me to think that it may be software/windows/virus related, due to it only appearing on Windows when it loads normally. Can't say for sure though.
