I am only interested in pure number crunching power C++ codes. So I think CPU speed and memory bandwidth is the only thing I care about.
Should I buy a pIV 1.7 or the fastest t-bird 1.3 I think
 
yeah? okay new question. PIV or Palomino.
What is better at number crunching. Also when the palomino comes out is it going to be 1.7+ gigahtz?
