(Pittsburgh) jumper on 6th street bridge?

No crowd, police blocked off the road. Looks like an adult. Apparently he's speaking to police in spanish... been up there since 3pm. When I went home traffic was fine, unlike on Wednesday, when one ~100-foot stretch of a street was blocked off and there was gridlock.

If he blocks off traffic for miles on end, i'm pretty sure the people that are in the car aren't gonna give a crap whether the guy jumps or not. They do want to get moving.

It's been shown that people will do things in groups that they wouldn't do if alone. This is how riots start.... they feel they are stronger if part of a group as not one is guilty, but they all are....

It's a sick if you ask me....
