Pitbull versus porcupine? *PICS*

:Qdang, to have that many spines in his face, he woulda had to do some major damage to that porky pine

Damn...and I thought *my* dog was dumb when he was playing with a toad a couple weeks ago. The toad started to foam, but the dog kept trying to get him - despite the fact that the foam was making him puke his guts out 😕

How do you guys know the porcupine didn't go after the dog?

As far as I know, porcupines can't move too fast - they just kind of waddle. if he had been going after the dog, the mutt should've been easily able to outrun it.

This is definately deserving of an "0wned" caption.

After looking some more I'm gonna have to say there is no way this isn't chopped or that the dog attacked a herd (for lack of a better term?) of porcupines in order to get that many spines in his face.

The pit bull probably wasn't stupid, just so angry it didn't care what happened to it. They're like that, iirc.

you'd think that woudln't you...but in reality, the porcupine probably only got minor injuries.

shoulda seen it, we killed one once with a .223 when we were in PA (they kill trees, and we were on tree farm land) about 100 yards away. when the bullet hit the thing you just saw about 1/2 of the quills on the porcupine go flying in all directions. and he still had tons left in him. but he didnt fall off the branch, so we shot him twice more.
