What cars have you seen with the most pain in the ass intake manifold designs?

The intake actually curved back towards the intake manifold so much that even with a light and mirror the back spark plugs were hopelessly out of sight.
And the "long horn" crossram intake manifold. Proving that two four barrels are enough to make a big block inaccessable.
