when i leave my computer on it always restarts in the middle of the night. it always shows this explanation:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0xf4c4d988, 0xba717ab0, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini061605-02.dmp.

i have the cpu running at 240x10 and the ram at 240 as well at 2-2-2-6.
i've also been getting low virtual memory errors. what's going on?

RAM at 240 at 2-2-2-6? Which memory are you running? Have you ran memtest at that spec to make sure the memory is stable?

seeing as you are overlocking both the cpu and ram, try running the system at normal speeds and see if it still crashes. if not then you are pushing the hardware a little to far and will have to back down abit

Mine does the same thing, but only when I'm under heavy d/l using bittorrent or something, no O/C, ran memtest, everything was fine, dunno, I just watch that I'm not d/ling too many things with BT at the same time, and I have no problems...kind of annoying

Run your system at 100% stock clocks for a while, if it runs perfectly, then your problem is your pc is unstable at the overclocked levels it was at. If running stock and you still get the errors, then the OC is not the problem and that is where it gets a bit tricky.
