piss poor iwill customer support

Ok here is the deal. I bought my iwill kk266 back in january and have had nothing but problems with it, windows crashes at least once a week if not more, I either have to re-load windows or re-format. I have tried swapping out every component, tried every driver combination known to man. I think that its safe to say that the motherboard is bad. I have had to deal with this pretty much on my own since iwill's tech support basically sucks and never offered me any real support answers, they did'nt even tell me about the problem about being able to change multipliers I had to find out on my own in the user groups. I finally got iwill to send me a new board with alot of hassle. With all of the trouble I have had I asked them if they could at least swap it out for a 266r but they said no we cannot do that. I thought iwill was supposed to have good customer support. I do not reccomend and I will NEVER buy another iwill product.

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas as what to do now??????????

If you have lost faith in them, sell the board and get another brand. That is what I would do. Maybe you lose a couple of bucks in the transaction, but it is a lesson learned.
