I don't get it, why do native americans get their own land reservations while african americans get nothing?

Indian Reservations are pretty much independant from the laws etc of the US. They are separate nations so all the laws that they want to apply will apply, and the ones they dont want to apply, dont have to. They do like the ones where we give thems lots of money. By bringing the pirated music on "American" soil you are committing several felonies.
They deserve support for the wrong doings they went through, but they dont take care of anything that the government gives them or builds them.
African Americans dont deserve anything. They went through what every other people have, it wasnt anything new, and they are actually better off now than their ancestors in Africa.
Little history lesson for ya'll.
Of the 4 millions slaves taken out of Africa only 400,000 YES four hundred thousand were brought to America, the rest went to Cuba and other countries down there because the living conditions were so horrible that black women could not have children, and if they did the child was either killed or died soon after birth. A slave in the sugar cane fields would live approx 6 months to a year before they died. Talk about being treated bad, Cuba was the worst for beatings, killings, etc. Slaves had no monetary value. However, in the US, a slave's worth was equal to that of a $30,000 car. Now how many of you are going to go outside with sledge hammer and beat up a $30,000 BMW, lets see some raised hands??? NONE, exactly. Now grant it, there were some sick Ba(*#@$ds who did, but they were few and far between. You also have to remember that there were WHITE slaves in America way before there were BLACK slaves. Read your history books people. The white slaves would escape easily because they did not stand out, which is why blacks were brought in from Africa at first as "indentured servants" and later as slaves.

I think its cause they play the indian thing out WAY too much. Seriously, I think they chould take away all there extra rights for one year and not tell them they are not going to get it back. What would happen then? But I also believe that there are a lot of indians that are truly sincere about being an indian. I unno. Its a messed up situation. But I really dont think they should be able to go kill a whale claiming that they are going to use it ALL for rituals and then decide they dont like whale meat and toss it where the public cant see and let it rot. Just my $0.02
