Pioneer RMA contact?

Need to RMA my 10x/40x slot load DVD, and can't seem to find any info on how to go about contacting them. Anyone ever dealt with them before?

it depends on weather it's an OEM or a retail(never actually seen a retail pioneer?)..

i'd try looking around the website(i'll do that now too)

You actually can't RMA pioneer cd/dvdrom drives to pioneer because they are all OEM. You'll have to go through whomever you purchased the drive from. I've had a problem with my 2 year old 303s drive, but bought it from someone on AGN so i'm out of luck for the RMA.

i was in the same situation you were in. I bought mine off e*bay, and a year after, it stopped working. I had a 6x/32x. So you gotta RMA back to the person you got it from. THanks.
