pioneer and premier...whats the difference? EDIT: which one of the three?

lookin to buy a pioneer mp3 player for my car. went to pioneerelectronics.com and saw they have 2 line of products...pioneer and premier. does anyone know the difference? the premier seems more expensive...but looks the same as the pioneer products

ok narrowed it down to these:

Panasonic MXE CQ-C8400U

Panasonic MXE CQ-DFX983U

and

Pioneer DEH-P7600MP

I like the looks of the panasonics as the blue is going to go well with the interior lighting of my VW. also the panasonics have a higher cd snr (higher the better) and a higher RMS power out to each speaker. like the looks of the Panasonic DFX the best. But i have a pioneer right now (DEH-7300) and i like it.
Also this pioneer (7600) is a brand new one that looks a little better than the older models (less of the ugly green buttons like this 7500 one)

Basically what it comes down to is...who makes better car audio...pioneer or panasonics. if anyone has any experience with these headunits or know how these companies match up when it comes to car audio, lemme know

Premier has better warranty, usualy a steering wheel control and better preouts. Both the WIERD thing is that the Premiers are ususaly less expensive than the pioneers.. I would take a premier deck other any regular pioneer deck any day.

from what i understand premiere is supposed to be the higher quality stuff, usually more options, a lof the the premier's play the mini videos on the mini lcd

Yes the Premiers are nicer. Yes they are supposed to be more expensive, but they aren't in the real market. For example, the Pioneer P8500mp ebays for around 325, while the Premier P850mp goes for about 298. The premier has the steering wheel control and a better warranty (2year instead of one) The msrps are supposed to be higher (550 for the premier and 500 for the pioneer) but for some reasons, the premier are better buys.

yeah on ebay i was looking at the 7500mp and 750mp and the 750mp which is a premier unit has a 2 year warranty compared to 1 year and has 6v preouts instead of the regular 4v.
