I'm using the dvd-rs from meritline with the purple die that were recommended,
but when I burn video files to them (divx, etc.), 90% of them don't work (that is, some
of the files work, but not most, and my computer locks up when trying to read the bad ones
for minutes at a time).
I've tried nero and the BHA software that came with it, all 'coasters'.
Already upgraded the firmware after the first one failed, is it just these dvd-rs, or the drive- it's brand spanking
new, I can return it and lose the %15 restock if it doesn't work.
