Woot.com has the Pioneer 5.1 Surround Sound System for Xbox 360 for $89.99 plus $5 shipping for your order and you can order up to three systems.

Not meant for large rooms, but can be used as a basic home theater system and also with other game consoles. The "Xbox 360" portion refers to the color and the fact that this unit's remote control also controls the Xbox.

Most of the negative reviews on some sites were placed when this unit was $499 and were more critical about the price/performace ratio (and rightfully so). For under $100, it's a hard deal to beat - espically with 5.1 Surround Sound.

What Sniper said. My cousin who has a nice Onkyo receiver + speakers was surprised it had two optical inputs, a digital or two, analog, radio.

It's certainly not overwhelming by any means, but it's a good smaller system.

FYI: An optical input IS digital :)

You probably meant to say "coax", which is another type of digital audio input.
