The Montclair California Circuit City store is selling the Pioneer VSX-D514-S (the silver model) for $149.99
The Montclair Best Buy store retails the Pioneer VSX-D514-K (the black model) for $179.99
Since all of my other home theater equipment is in black, I asked a Best Buy customer representative for a price match/adjustment. Although everthing worked out, perhaps possibly because it turned out the CSR was an old high school friend of mine, it is still a big YMMV.
CircuitCity.com is retailing the silver model for $179.99, so it seems it is a Brick & Mortar deal only.
I'm not sure if it this is a hot deal or even warm at that, but I am pretty happy with the price, since I've been following the prices of budget receivers with Dolby Digital/etc. capabilities for a while.

Sales Tax 7.75%: $11.62
Total: $161.61
