I have that burner and it is GREAT. I've probably burned close to 100 DVDs since I got it about a month or two ago and it's performance has seriously impressed me. It's a great DVD burner.

It's also the same drive that's sold over seas with more features, but if you download the unlocked firmware it'll open up some more features such as DVD RAM writing among other things

probably the only negataive that can be said about this the lack of lightscribe support, but who really wants that?

Thanks for posting. I am one of the people who got in on this deal before the disks went out of stock. If this deal pops up again, I bet the free shipping is gone. Considering a good price on the disks alone is probably $12 to $15, even with a rebate, this puts the final cost of the burner at next to nothing.
