pioneer 108 dvd r not being recognised in windows.

hi

i have installed a pioneer 108. it is seyt to master and is the only rom drive in the computer.

the tray is opening, the lights are on, i even managed to burn a cd on it. however the cd drive does not shoew up in my computer and i cant play a cd on it.
