Pioneer 107D Firmware Update - Power Calabiration Error

I have a Pioneer 107D, updated the firmware to 1.05 (patched) everything went fine I was burning 2x discs easily at 8x.

Then I found the 1.10 (patched) Firmware update and ever since I have been getting "Power Calibration Error" about 20% into the writing of a disc. I have tried installing the 1.05 firmware again, but still getting the same thing 🙁 Is their a way to go back to the original firmware?

Have a look at my forum here to see how far I have got with this problem:

Try flashing with the regular 1.10 firmware first.

There are two versions of the hacked 1.10 firmware. The first was pulled due to issues with burning; it might be the version that you have. Make sure that you grab the second one.

Tried that.
I installed The official "Pioneer_DVR-107D_Firmware_v.1.10.zip"
then put back the "DVR-107Dv1.05_RPC-1+12xRip+8xDVD-R_WINDOWS_XP.zip" - The one that used to work.

Still does the same. I'm using Nero Burning Rom 6.0.0.23
