Pinwrap 2.4c?

i know this is a long shot, and probably not a good thing to do. is there anyway to pinwrap an Intel 2.4c to allow more voltage? i know there was a way to do it on the northwood, but is there a way to do it on the new "C" revision chips? i looked all over Intels website, but could not determine what the pins represented. kinda confused me a bit.
