Pinnacle StudioPC TV install problem w/ Win XP

Hi,

I just purchased the new Pinnacle Studio PCTV Pro PCI card tv tuner and I can't get it to install under Windows XP. Whenever I load the Tv tuner program, it causes my computer to crash. I have tried moving it around to a different pci slot and that doesn't help either. It also won't let me unistall the main tv viewing program.

Two questions:

1) How do I unistall a program that is corrupted. I have been trying to uninstal the Pinnacle software from control panel, add/remove programs and it says that it cannot uninstal due to a correputed uninstall file.

2.) Any tips to install the tv card and get it running without it crashing my system. Any other help would be great too. I can't find any windows xp drivers for this card either.

I just recently traded that same TV card and its not supported by WinXP...? I saw were it was by W2K but not XP... As for the uninstall sorry but not much help there...
