[edit] anyone know what this means?
Note: Windows 2000 and Windows XP support is only for Studio 7 running on 1394 hardware. Studio AV7 or Studio 7 running on a Studio DC10plus card currently does not support Windows 2000 or Windows XP.

Pinnacle came out with XP analog capture drivers in April. They didn't used to have them. Download them from their site. I grabbed me an analog version since I already have a Firewire card. Besides, analog capture cards are more expensive than Firewire cards.

I bought a Pinnacle Studio PCTV Pro on another deal but haven't installed it on my Winxp system yet. I saw a few boxes of the Pinnacle Studio AV and DV at closing time at my local CompUSA. My question is, software aside, is the video capture pci card that comes with the AV version a better performer than what I already have?![]()
