Pinnacle studio 10 advice pls

Hi i am trying to learn to use pinnacle studio 10.

Im specifically imnterested to learn how to play 1 fram for a few seconds.

Eg at the start their is a pictuire of a church i want tpo be frozen while text appears on it.

I dont want the frame to pl;ay just stay still like a jpeg with music playing.

Take a picture of the frame (one of the controls allows you to take a snapshot of a frame), drag the picture into the time line.
