Pinnacle DC10+ video capture card

I purchased one of the DC10+ capture cards from the $15 office depot deal and my card has two sets of two pins on them. One labled video in and one video out. Does anyone know what this is used for, maybe firewire or something?

I would think that the internal connectors would be so you can attach that card via a cable to another MPEG card.
