If you have never seen this concert you owe it to yourself to check it out. Arguably one of the best live performances ever captured on film. The million dollar light show puts Pink Floyd in a class by themselves when it comes to an audio visual performance. Apparently the video is in the 4:3 aspect ratio, but would have to be a noticeable improvement over the VHS version. The audio is in 5.1. This is a 2 disc set with some bonus material.

Yep, probably be far better than the bootleg DVD version also. Looks like it may have been made from a VHS transfer.

Oh My!! I was at the 94' show in Oakland. When the globe opened up during comfortably numb my life changed and I went 5150 for 3 days extended to a 5250 extended day hold. I used to take a lot of drugs as a kid but now am 11 years sober. Pink Floyd and RUSH are my to favorite bands. I started drinking and using at 10 years old until I was 20 in 1994. PEACE OUT!

ME2. Dude we are two peas in a pod. Literally burned up all of my drug and alcohol intake before I could legally drink. I have now chosen to become a responsible member of society. It doesn't suck, like I thought it would. 6 years +

Oh yeah, Floyd is good too. Not quite as mystical these days though.

I would also suggest you guys check out Live at Pompeii. I think that is better than Pulse if you want to see the Floyd in their prime, before all of the in-fighting and bitterness. Hehe, it's funny seeing Waters back in they day, he literally looks like a monkey. And I didn't know Wright could sing either, but he has a pretty good voice. A shame he never really sang after Meddle/DSOTM.

From what I've read, after Meddle, Wright's influence in the group was slowly shoved aside by Waters. By the time of the Wall, he was all but ouf of the group. Next in line went Mason. By the time of The Final Cut, even Gilmour was being shoved aside.

Well, December 6th has come and gone. Here's hoping that the 20th is the release
date.

Amazon is listing release as January 1. Hope that's not right, but with all the legal
fighting, it's probably the real bet.
