I don't have this cd, but I googled bands that sound like pink floyd. It's one possibility, and honestly reading about it makes me want to get the CD.

Yes it's uncanny as when it first gets in your mind you will switch to comfortably numb. It must be the worms.

Kind of sounds like Simple Man by Lynrd Skynrd, just a little though. Does have a Floyd sound to it though.

Well, just because I've never heard it before, doesn't mean it can't be floyd. All the elements are there, but they just don't seem to match up like I would think they would.
If you really want to know, put something like "is this pink floyd?" in the topic and it will get a lot more views (or at least by the right people). I enjoy floyd a lot, but I'm not a connoisseur.
