When I try to play some video clips all I can see is a bunch of pink blocks, although the sound seems fine. The people that forward them to me don't seem to have any trouble playing them.
The odd thing is that it seems to be a completely random selection of clips that have this problem, I can't tell any difference between them and the ones that play fine (same resolution, etc).
I've tried updating my video drivers as well as changing options in media player & can't seem to fix the problem.
Any advice on this appreciated.
