Pings with negative latency - what would cause this?

Things that can cause a negative ping:
Some gimpy assed network load balancing gear from IBM.
Bad clocks.
Intrusion detection or other devices altering your packets in route.

It probably means your IP stack is hosed. There should be some on microsoft on how to fix. search "repair ip stack"

Sounds like you've got a dual core CPU and didn't install the proper drivers for it.
