Pinging Multiple Hosts via Web

Hey all. I've been wracking my brain trying to figure out a web-based utility to ping multiple IPs at once. What I need to do is take a list of IPs (copy-pasted from another source, such as a text file), plug them into a box, hit submit and have it tell me if they are alive or not.

This is for my job, BTW. We have maintenance every night and afterward we need to ping all of the IPs on a device from on- and off-net. On-net is done via a batch file, but I want to streamline the off-net verification with a "one stop shop". I normally use network-tools.com but I can only ping 1 IP at a time (depending on the device it could have 50-60 that I need to verify).

Any assistance would be appreciated!
