I have the following problem: I have 2 computers, when I ping the second computer it shows "request timed out"
I still can view and copy files on the second PC.
I have installed TCP/IP , IPX/SPX on both PCs and ofcourse File Sharing...
The subnet on both PCs is set to 255.255.255.0
And the IP's are : 169.254.0.1 and 0.2
The only difference I found when checking is that on the first PC(Win Me) computer IP Routing is Enabled but on the other one(Win 98SE) "is not".
Could this be the problem?
If yes , tell me how to fix it.
