Hi there. Been having issues lately with T3 timeouts on my service. I got on the phone and contacted support and they are coming out tomorrow morning to check the pole. Through all that I got interested in learning how to use Ping Plotter to help diagnose issues. Is the Free version able to detect packet loss, which initially got me looking into the situation about a week ago? If not, which version do I need, or is there a free alternative?
