ping etc tool?

What's a good, basic tool where I cna input an IP address and it runs a basic suite of ping, tracert, packetloss etc stats?

Preferably something on sourceforge or similar as googling for these things comes up with a lot of suspicious-looking results.
 
WinMTR hit the spot nicely, thanks mrblotto.

I really like pathping except it breaks as soon as a hop doesn't want to respond, the MTR does similar functionality but has no problems with hops that don't respond.
