pin mod or just overclock my E4300?

Title basically says it all. I bought the Fry's combo last Thursday and I was wondering if I should do the pin mod, or just go ahead and try overclocking it. I have zero experience overclocking intel stuff, and my last rig was a 2500+ barton oc'd to 3200+ speeds. I am putting this proc in a gigabyte ds3 or a asus p5b deluxe with a tuniq tower cooling it. I'm also planning on getting some DDR-800 ram.

TIA

No reason to pin-mod with your choice of boards. It'll just be a hassle with whatever might happen with straps/dividers, etc. and there is no benefit vs FSB overclock. It could be useful with the original board that came with the E4300, though.
