Pin A118 on Pentium III chips

Need confirmation from anyone out there who knows their stuff that pin A118 on the Pentium III chips (both Slot 1 and FCPGA(2)) is a Vss pin?

In other words any of the other VID0-VID4 pins may be connected to it if their value is to be 0.
