how do i get rid of these? they are nasty and annoying. i can handle the ones on my face with proactiv, but i dont wanna start scrubbing my back with it..
 
Rubbing Alchohol on it everynight. Clears it right up, same with the face. No need for that fancy overpriced acne sh!t they try to sell these days. isopropyl alcohol will dry it out right away, and its very cheap.
 
use clearasil ultra and clearasil ultra shower gel acne wash 2 times a day. You'll most likely have to scrub your back/neck with something to get rid of it.

Wouldn't that dry you out like a pretzel?
 
Some dermatologists recommend something as simple as regularily washing your bedsheets. Sleeping on sweaty, dirty, bedsheets for months at a time is nasty for your skin.
