Pilonidal Cyst question

about a year ago i had a Pilonidal Cyst lanced open and drained.

but there still seems to be a tiny hole that didnt close or something and fluid still drains out occasionally.

is that normal for this type of cyst and surgery? or should i contact my doctor again.
 
That is that really gross one that smells bad?

Shouldn't be leaking, there must be remnants still...*
