I wanna figure out if it's my cheap ass ram that is crappin out or the limit of the cpu!! P3V4X mobo has to have -33 from fsb right? how do i do????

At 150MHz FSB, I would bet you anything that it's your RAM, with it only being value PC100, which means it's probably running at CAS3 @ 100MHz. If you want that kind of an FSB overclock, get some better RAM, PC150 would be best (Mushkin and Kingmax are both good).

I dont dout you one bit... I have some Samsung GH (PC100) ram that runs up to 160fsb but at Cas3 of course... Also on the P3V4X if you are trying to go higher but need lower ram mhz then try the setting of 4/3 instead of auto...? Might be 2/3 not sure cant remember... But if you really want performace and a sure bet try Mushkin Rev. 2 works for me...

The reason Sandra shows you that your ram is at 150 is because it is at 150. Do you really think your PC100 ram can do 150 at CAS2? I doubt it, especially because most of the reviews that came out around when PC133 SDRAM was starting to sell showed that most PC100 CAS2 can do CAS3 at PC133. It's a sure bet that your PC100 ram is doing CAS3 at 150. Which is pretty good and makes me wonder how stable your system is.

"and makes me wonder how stable your system is."

Heh, I didn't mean that in a mean way. He doesn't say how stable his system is or anything like that. Mine wouldn't do 1050 stable unless I jack the voltage up to 1.85 to 1.9 or so and that's a little too high in my opinion(if I can do prime95 overnight with no errors, and 3DMark will run without locking up, than I consider mine stable). Personally, I wouldn't want to run my memory that far out of spec. My PC133 CAS3 ram will do CAS2 up to 150, but I don't care to risk damaging the stuff.

Gillbot,
You have no business calling ram that will do 150mhz "cheap ass". Now go apologize and thank that ram for a 50% overclock!
