Most PIII's are socket 370. The BX chipset supports 100mhz (for the most part) FSB so i believe it will fit. Ill see if i can find more info on your mobo for you to give a definite answer.

I had one of those 440BX MB's, with a Slot-1 PII/400. According to some data I ran across on the 'net a couple of years ago, my board should've been able to handle a PIII/600 or so. But from about the time I got that one, and for another three years, I was in a tight financial bind and couldn't have upgraded; I'd be interested now in knowing when and at what cpu speed(s) the P-III moved from Slot-1 to Socket 370. I just didn't keep up with the progress at the time!
