No it isn't. I'm no expert, but 0 is impossible. Celeron isn't 2 either.

It doesn't really matter, because it's factory set, and you can't change it.

I think it's either 7 or 8.

WCPUID can't determine the L2 cache latency - sadly it thinks it can, and just gives an unrelated number.
