PIII stepping?

What is with the stepping for PIII's? How so you know what you are buying? ex: SL4CH cC0 stepping Pentium III 700 (from 2CPU review).

Is different stepping better?

theres cB0 and cC0. cC0's overclock better.

the lated steppings incorporate fixes inherent in earlier steppings!

You can find the Sspec chart for all P3's at the link below. The cCO 700 have proven to be the most consistent for o/c.

Thanks guys!!! I noticed, form the great link, that the 700's are 100MHz FSB. Now are they better for overclocking? Would a 733 cCO @ 133 MHz FSB do well??? Or possibly starting out a the 100 MHz gives much more room to to overclock and not bringing the memory up too high and crapping out prior to the processor reaching it's max patential.
