PIII in S478?

Reading A+ Cert Book (this one specifically) and am appalled at the numerous inaccurate general statements (all P2 & P3 were SEC), poor examples in pictures (an AMD486 for PGA2) and flat-out falsehoods - there was never a PIII for socket 478. This is the 5th edition of this book and I can't believe they allowed the errors to remain. And it's not just this book. I just finished another and was glad to be rid of it for all it's flaws. Do you find yourself reading these books and saying to yourself, "OK, that's just wrong"?

So, does this explain the cluelessness of A+ cert holders then? That it's not all entirely their fault? (GIGO syndrome, IOW.)
