PIII board for my sister?

I got her off of AOL and that was a miracle!

I need to find a good PIII and mobo (value) for my sisters PC

Any recommendations? I must admit I don't know alot (anything) about PIII chipsets.

She's got a 250 watt ATX case and generic PC100 RAM, two HD's (ata66), ATI 32Mb AGP, PCI 128 and a Plextor 8x CD RW.

and I forgot. I may sell my Asus CUSL2 and Intel PIII 700 @ 933 aircooled. Purchase from GenXtech (Guaranteed overclocked combo, still under warranty for 2 1/2 more years. Bought for $475 may let go for $325.00 Let me know.

Thanks, but I'm lookin for a "value" board. It doesn't need onboard sound or video or a 133 fsb. I'm not sure of the chipset I'm thinking of, I don't know Intel stuff. She only surfs and chats and burns cd's from napster. NOT a gamer.

So am I thinking of a slot 1? BX? I dunno.

I heard the Bx boards refurbs are good at overstock.com. I bought my wife a 810 board from tekram(online store, www.tekram.com) I believe it was like 49.99 or something
