PIII 750 Motherboard???

I own a PIII 750, i actually got it for free from my mom, she works at intel...=), right now i am OCing dual celeries 366's at 500 on my Abit BP6, maybe for sale, if interested, e-mail me at dtran42@ucla.edu, anyway, i just need help picking out a nice motherboard to go w/ my new 750, any ideas would help, thanks. i was looking at the ASUS P3B-F 440BX, which runs for about 120$ or so, depending on where u look. please help me find some deals on a good OCing mb...thanks.
