PIII 733 always crash in Win2k?

I don't know what's going on, I use winme without a prob but when I go to win2k, the computer crashes frequently. help please.

I use Celeron2 633 before with no prob in W2k

PIII 733 no overclock with Golden Orb
256meg Micron 133 dimm ram
48x sony cdrom
Sblive x-gamer
Generic PCI NIC
Generic VIA694X motherbaord
Elsa geoforce sdr
WD 15gb hd
USR 56k isa modem
